Returns Policy
Gift Card
Lost or Stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. It may be returned within 7 days of receiving it as long as it hasn't been used. Balances remaining on the card will not be refunded or exchanged or a refund given.
Corporate
You may cancel your corporate account at any time. If you wish to do so, your request must be in writing and received by mail, fax or email no later than 14 days before your billing date.

Expresso Club
You may cancel your membership in the EXPRESSO CLUB unlimited wash program at any time. If you wish to do so, your request must be in writing and received by mail, fax or email no later than 14 days before your billing date.

Delivery Policy
Gift Card
Can be sent in the mail by Australia Post or picked up from EXPRESSO CARWASH, 246 Nicholson Street Fitzroy. EXPRESSO CARWASH will not accept any responsibility if the cards are lost, stolen or go missing in the mail. We STRONGLY suggest they're picked up from EXPRESSO CARWASH.
Free Postage for Gift Cards
Yes, Delivery is free.

Corporate
The ExTag must be adhered to the windscreen, this can only be done by one of our attendants either onsite at EXPRESSO CARWASH or we may come to you in special circumstances.
Expresso Club
It will take 48 hours from the time we receive your application form to the time the attendant can install it. It will NOT be sent out to you in the mail. Our attendant MUST adhere it to your windscreen.
